The service is completely autonomous and the Quality Assurer will be employed directly by the client. CITI-CON commits contractually to fully comply with specification requirements and all Quality Assurance reports in order to ensure release of Certificates and Manufacturers Guarantees. The Quality Assurers are members of MBA, Waterproofing Association, Waterproofing Federation, SAPMA and NAMA.
