Durable waterproofing solution

We designed and implemented a state-of-the-art solution for the parking deck of Nedbank’s head office. It is still performing as expected many years after its implementation.

The parking deck is located above the main server room. When moisture moved through the slab immediately above, operations were disrupted for extended periods at a time.

We repaired the cracks using injection methods and then implemented a trafficable waterproofing system. Citi-Con has extensive experience working with this technology. As an approved applicator, we can warranty our workmanship for the maximum available term.
