Parking deck movement joints sealed

Considering our extensive waterproofing skills and experience, we were appointed to seal the joints of the parking deck of The Place 1 Sandton Drive, an iconic commercial development within walking distance of Sandton City.

The sealing of the joints was correctly done with the Sikadur-Combiflex SG system, for which we are an approved applicator. Consisting of a modified flexible polyolefin waterproofing tape, with advanced adhesion properties, the system allows variable and high levels of movement in one or more directions. This while maintaining a high-quality watertight seal.
