Reservoir sealing

Citi-Con’s flexible and durable joint sealing systems are especially suited to the sealing of water-retaining structure expansion and construction joints and those that are subjected to severe chemical attack. This is in addition to all areas in reservoirs that experience high or frequent movement.

Furthermore, our unique spray-applied and coating treatments penetrate concrete capillaries and pores to waterproof and protect these structures. They deter the development of corrosion conditions; enhance resistance to salt and/or chemical attack and freeze-thaw resistance; protect steel reinforcement; minimise shrinkage cracking and slab curling; densify and strengthen concrete, as well as harden its surface; and reduce efflorescence.
