Citicon has successfully completed the installation of composite landfill liner projects, where we have installed low permeable barriers, which are laid down under engineered landfill sites. These liners retard and prevent the migration of leachate, and its toxic constituents, into underlying aquifers or nearby rivers, which can cause the spoliation of the local underground water.
